The latest New Releases or any other take-home entertainment product currently on general release in Namibia or South Africa may be ordered by filling in the Order Form and submitting it by e-mail OR by printing the form out and posting or faxing it through to us OR by placing the order telephonically (see Home for postal, fax and telephone info) OR by calling on us at any of our Outlets.

Please make use of a separate order form for each title ordered - be sure to enter the required info correctly on the form. The "additional info / remarks" field on the form may be used for any special requests / instructions.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

We in turn will then contact you by e-mail, fax or telephone to verify and confirm that we have received your order; to report on the availability of the ordered product , its price, the handling, applicable tax/levy and delivery charges involved and to determine the method of payment.

The product will be dispatched to you on receipt of your confirmation of the order and arrangement in respect of payment.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All products we offer are of the highest quality and are quality tested before it is dispatched, but if it does happen that you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged in any way, just e-mail or phone us with information about the defect for return authorization. The item may then be returned to us at any one of our Outlets and we will gladly replace it.
